About PropWise

Built by an agent who wanted a better way to handle the inspection phase.

I created PropWise because I saw the same problem over and over again: inspection reports were landing, clients were overwhelmed, agents were sorting through pages of findings, and there was no clean system to help organize what came next.

PropWise is my answer to that problem — a platform built to bring more structure, repair cost context, and confidence to the post-inspection workflow.

Why I built it

Agents do not need more noise. They need a better workflow.

As a real estate professional, I know the inspection phase can quickly become one of the most stressful parts of the transaction. Buyers get anxious. Sellers get defensive. Reports are long. Timelines are tight. And agents are left trying to organize it all while keeping the deal on track.

That is why I built PropWise. Not to replace agent judgment. Not to replace contractors, inspectors, or attorneys. But to give agents a cleaner way to organize findings, understand repair context, communicate more clearly, and move forward with more confidence.

“I did not want to build another generic AI tool. I wanted to build something useful — a system that helps agents actually work through the inspection phase with more clarity and less chaos.”

— Thano Genos, Founder of PropWise
What PropWise helps agents do

Built around the real post-inspection workflow

PropWise is designed to help licensed real estate professionals turn a messy inspection report into something more organized, more usable, and easier to discuss with clients.

Organize the report

Sort inspection findings into clearer categories so the conversation becomes more focused and easier to manage.

Review repair cost context

Use ZIP-based repair cost context to help frame conversations, while still recognizing that final pricing comes from qualified vendors.

Support cleaner communication

Help guide clearer conversations with buyers and sellers after the inspection report lands.

Keep the right professionals in the right lanes

Support agent workflow without replacing inspectors, contractors, attorneys, or transaction-specific judgment.

Built by an agent. Grounded in the real world.

PropWise comes from the field, not from the sidelines.

I built PropWise from the perspective of someone who understands both the business side and the human side of real estate. The goal is simple: create a platform that helps agents feel more prepared when inspection issues show up, conversations get tense, and decisions need to be made quickly.

Everything about the product direction is shaped by that lens — practical, professional, and focused on helping agents navigate one of the most delicate parts of the deal.

What guides the platform
  • Clarity over confusion
  • Workflow over generic AI output
  • Professional boundaries over overreach
  • Confidence without losing common sense

The mission is practical: help agents organize, evaluate, and communicate more effectively after the inspection report arrives.
